In our panoramic dining area and on our summer terraces, we serve seasonal dishes personally prepared by your host, Cornelia Haberl. To complement your culinary experience, Maximilian Haberl, a qualified sommelier and your hotel host, along with senior Alfred Haberl, offer a selection of wines from their wine cellar. FRESH CAUGHT ATTERSEE FISH & LOCAL PRODUCTS

Whether whitefish, char or pike - we catch the fish ourselves. The water quality of the 47 km² lake contributes significantly to the delicate flavor of our fish. For meat and pastry connoisseurs, we are spoilt with regional products from local farms . Alfred’s brother Franz provides us with milk and meat from his farm.

KITCHEN HOURS on opening days:

11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

 

 

The evening closing time in the restaurant is individual and depends on the number of guests.

The origin of our food

In our kitchen, we mainly use food from regional suppliers and producers and from our own farm.

Therefore, we are awarded with the controlled AMA Quality seal.
